We're excited to announce a big upgrade to scheduling — Multi-Availability for Tutors is live today! 🎉
Managing a tutor's schedule used to mean juggling separate settings for every Session type. Now, it's all in one place. Here's what's new:
1. One Tutor, Multiple Schedules
Tutors can now set up and manage distinct availability schedules for themselves — Online, Offline - Location 1, Offline - Location 2, and Consultations — all from a single screen.
2. Simplified Scheduling & Booking
With every schedule type updated in the system, booking a session or consultation becomes much faster. Just pick the right availability type for the course, and the system handles the rest — fewer errors, less back-and-forth.

3. Block Out Leaves with Ease
Need a tutor marked unavailable for a few days? You can now block specific dates directly on their availability calendar — perfect for handling leaves before they affect scheduling. Once blocked, those days won't show up as bookable, so there's no risk of double-booking a tutor who's off.
